- In the role of Co-founding Partner at Queen's Bagel LMU, an on-campus late-night breakfast sandwich delivery service operating under the parent company Zorb Foods LLC, created by my co-founder, my primary mission was to introduce LMU students to the delightful world of Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches.
- My responsibilities encompassed a variety of crucial tasks over the course of our venture. I was responsible for co-operatively brainstorming and executing marketing campaigns, aimed at increasing our visibility and reach among the student community. Simultaneously, I played a pivotal role in developing efficient order and customer tracking processes, ensuring the seamless operation of our delivery service. Additionally, I handled customer interactions and inquiries, fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional service. Lastly, my role included organizing and overseeing on-campus event catering, further expanding our presence and catering to the unique needs of the LMU community.

LMU Head Lifeguard - Campus Recreation Center

- Responsibilities encompassed management of 3-11 lifeguards per shift, ensuring lifeguard efficiency and professionalism, managing swimmer headcount, providing coverage for colleagues unable to fulfill their shifts, ensuring seamless operations. Close collaboration with management was required to assess lifeguard equipment, Emergency Action Plans, and water facility open and close procedures, all aimed at enhancing safety and operational effectiveness. Also led In-Service training for guards to maintain rescue technique and safety. The overarching objective was to create a secure and welcoming environment for all swimmers, underscoring a commitment to participant well-being.
